1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the NextTier Ride Services website, submitting a subscription application, or entering a vehicle subscription agreement, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or our services.
2. Eligibility
Applicants must meet the age requirement stated in their agreement, hold a valid U.S. driver's license, provide current W-2 employment and local residence documentation, and satisfy verification requirements. We may decline an application at our discretion.
3. Applications & Approval
Submitting an application does not guarantee approval, a specific vehicle, or availability. Pricing, payment cadence, mileage allowance, vehicle class, start date, and term are confirmed in the signed agreement.
4. Payments, Mileage & Fees
Subscriptions may be billed weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly as shown in the signed agreement. Essential Commuter includes 1,200 miles per month; Efficiency Plus and Executive & Utility include 1,500 miles per month. Excess mileage is billed at $0.20 per mile. Applicable deposits, late fees, tolls, citations, damage charges, and return fees are disclosed in the agreement.
5. Insurance & Liability
Basic protection is included as described in the subscription agreement. Coverage, deductibles, exclusions, and reporting duties are governed by that agreement and any applicable policy. Subscribers remain responsible for unauthorized use, damage, traffic violations, tolls, and citations.
6. Permitted Use
Vehicles are intended for personal commuting and ordinary personal use. Rideshare, delivery, or any other commercial use requires prior written approval from NextTier. Vehicles may not be used illegally, off road, for racing, towing, hazardous materials, subletting, or by an unauthorized driver.
7. Maintenance & Returns
Scheduled maintenance is included. Subscribers must promptly report warning lights, damage, unusual operation, or service needs; attend scheduled service; and return the vehicle as required by the agreement.
8. Termination & Return
Subscription term, notice requirements, early termination, payment obligations, inspection, and return procedures are governed by the signed agreement. Paid subscription periods are non-refundable except where required by law or stated in writing.
9. Limitation of Liability
NextTier is not liable for lost income, missed work, or indirect damages arising from vehicle availability or mechanical issues. To the extent permitted by law, our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the current subscription period.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
